I highly recommend Woods Floors of Westport. I reached out to Rick after learning that our 3-year-old wood floors (installed by a different company) was infested with powder post beetles. We had a nightmare on our hands as our entire house (3200 sq feet) of hardwood floors had to be torn out and new flooring had to be installed. This was not an easy job so we were careful on who we selected for our installer. Rick talked us through the entire process and was well ahead of the curveballs that this job would deliver. His communication ahead of the job turned out to be correct and very helpful as he expressed to us the entire job at hand. When I was researching wood floors for my home, I had spoken to three different companies and Rick won my business with his expertise and professionalism. My foyer had outdated marble floors which Rick and his team were able to remove and replace with oak to match the rest of my home. His team also removed old carpets and refinished all wood floors throughout my home.
